Stanley has worked with CSSI® – Cost Segregation Services, LLC since 2008 and is a recognized subject matter expert in the application of Cost Segregation and the Tangible Property (“Repair”) Regulations and a trusted advisor to qualified real estate professionals, accredited investors, developers, and tax professionals throughout the United States. He is an Affiliate Member of the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (NCACPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and is available to conduct 1-hour and 2-hour Continuing Professional Education (CPE) seminars and webinars on the subjects of Cost Segregation and the Tangible Property (“Repair”) Regulations to CPA firms and state CPA societies nationwide.
Qualifications/Education:
Stanley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Accounting magna cum laude and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a Specialization in Accounting from Western Carolina University (WCU) and is currently pursuing a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) from his alma mater.
